Every business is a process.Algorive makes it precise: machine execution, calibrated by real-world field expertise.
We build the systems that sit on top of a physical operation: what gets measured, how the readings travel, how they meet the context of your business, and the software and AI that act on them and then check that the process improved.
How it works
One operation, from the floor up.
The facility and its process are yours. Every layer drawn above it is what Algorive builds, and the loop only counts when the action comes back down and the next reading confirms it.
- 01
Devices read the line
A photoeye counts bottles, a meter reads the drive, the controller reports run or stop, a camera watches the outfeed.
- 02
The network delivers
Readings travel over a redundant site network to the edge and the cloud, in order and on time. If one link drops, the other carries them.
- 03
Data meets context
Each reading is tied to its order, shift, asset, person and zone, and stored in a record you own.
- 04
Software and AI decide
The rate is falling behind plan. Software finds the cause, a run of short stops at the filler, and proposes a setpoint change.
- 05
The action goes back
A person, or a rule someone already approved, accepts it. The change reaches the filler as a setpoint.
- 06
The next reading checks it
The devices read the line again. If the rate rose, the change worked. If not, the loop looks at the layers below before it tunes the model.
Why it matters
Output is set by one constraint.
You already know your operation better than anyone. What is usually missing is a system that sees the constraint in time and does something about it.
- 01
Money leaks where the process waits.
A machine idles. A stop gets coded as “other”. A sensor goes quiet and the hour looks calm. Each one costs output, and none of them shows up on time in a spreadsheet.
- 02
One step sets the pace.
Output is limited by the slowest step in the process, not by the average. Speeding up any other step just fills a queue. The work is finding that step and moving it.
- 03
Seeing it is not fixing it.
A dashboard can show the problem every day without changing anything. The system has to carry a decision back into the process and then measure whether it worked.
Solutions
One offering for each layer above your facility.
Each one can be engaged on its own. They are designed to connect, so whichever layer we start with becomes part of one loop.
- Layer 2 · Devices
Measurement design and devices
We decide what to measure, which devices to use, where they go and how their health is watched, so a dead sensor is never read as a quiet hour.
- Layer 3 · Delivery
Network, edge and cloud delivery
A delivery path that is reliable, redundant and fast: readings up to the record, commands back down, and an honest report of anything lost.
- Layer 4 · Data in context
Data platform and context mapping
Readings joined to the order, shift, asset, person and zone they belong to, and stored efficiently in a record you own.
- Layer 5 · Software and AI
Custom software and AI
Software and models that detect a problem, find its cause and propose the fix, including custom CMS, CRM and BMS built around your operation.
- Layer 6 · Action
Automated action and closed-loop improvement
Accepted changes reach the process as a work order, setpoint, dispatch or lock, and the next reading confirms whether they worked.
Algorive does the measurement side (what to measure, which devices, where they go and how their health is watched), and field installation is done by a partner.
How an engagement runs
Start from the number that earns the money.
- Step 1
Start from the output
Which number earns the money, and where does the work wait? Units per hour, cases shipped, energy per unit, stoppages avoided.
- Step 2
Find the weak layer
Is the problem not measured, not delivered, missing its context, never analyzed, or never acted on? Usually the gap is lower than people expect.
- Step 3
Build that part first
Only what the weak layer needs, connected to the systems you already run. Then the next one, if the numbers say so.
- Step 4
Check it with the next reading
Before anything changes, we agree which number should move and in which direction. Then we read it.
